Hi Carrie and Sylvia,

My office is working on a reservation for me and is currently trying to find a hotel in the area with availability for the whole stay - Tuesday-Saturday now for me. It looks like I may have to move hotels (twice!!) across the length of my stay!

I'll post again when/if this gets sorted out! Do either of you have reservations held yet?

Yes most hotels are booked - I was able to find a king room at the Sheraton using my AAA rate but it's still pretty pricey - $172/night (i work for a non-profit so was hoping to spend less) from Wed - Sunday. I'm sure we could get a cot or something to add to the room - are either of you interested in sharing with me??

I ended up with my hotel situation spread across two different hotels for the duration of my stay - so I'm feeling like I'm not a good roommate choice for my added complications. Sorry it didn't work out with me - I hope you enjoy the conference!!
